We guarantee that...

1. You will speak to a human or someone will return your call within 1 hr.
If not, Borrower gets $50.00 off the Settlement Fee.

2. Our Notary/Attorney will be professional, courteous and on time to the closing. If the Notary/Attorney is late, the borrower will get
$50.00 off the Settlement Fee.

3. Your Loan will fund on time. If the Loan does not fund due to our
negligence, the borrower will get $50.00 off the Settlement Fee.

4. If a loan does not close due to our negligence, the Borrower will get a
$100.00 discount on the Settlement Fee when the loan does close.
